Apartments, Townhomes, New Homes, Offices, Existing Homes (for sale) are the type of structures we prep. Investment Property Owners, Builders, and Realtors, or those trying to sell their own house, are the target of our efforts. In other words, we are not trying to be good at cleaning anything for anybody at any time…. rather we are GREAT at getting properties cleaned so that they can be leased or sold. Our focus enables us to do this more efficiently than any other competitor.

When we schedule a project for a certain day, we will be there that day. We will complete the job in the time frame promised. We have back-up equipment, extra supplies, and additional team members. We will NOT offer some flimsy excuse as to why we could not complete the project that you hired us for. You can rest assured that the property will be ready for your new tenant or buyer.

We have a SYSTEMATIC process
We are able to “turn-over” or clean prep a property better and more efficiently than anyone else because of our systematic approach. We walk into a unit that needs to be prepped and immediately divide it into three sections. These include the kitchen, the bathroom, and the generals. One of our team members begins with the generals which is a four-step process that addresses twenty-one different areas or items. When the generals are complete one team member will clean the bathroom and the other will clean the kitchen. There are fourteen steps that are followed each tome in the kitchen and fifteen steps in the bathroom. Our team members are trained to follow this process so as to maintain our high standard of quality and assure that the same results are achieved each time. After a final check walk-thru check of the unit, we make sure the windows are closed, the blinds are set, the thermostat is set, the lights are out, and the door is locked. The unit is now ready for the new tenants or owners to move in.
