Our Team

General Director

Dave Majorins is our General Director and visionary behind our operation. He discovered his love for business in the 8th grade when he acquired a lawn mower and some accounts that he serviced with his Dad. As a young man, he quickly figured out that having your own business was the path he would take.

Books like, “See You at The Top” by Zig Ziglar helped fuel the fire of his entrepreneurial spirit. This particular book inspired Dave to look at life through a different lense.

His builder talent of determination coupled with his futuristic strength has been key to the development of our Clean Prep business.

Dave is a Lincoln native who graduated from Lincoln High School in 1983. Later he would graduate from Doane University with a business degree.

In 1985 he married Wendy, his childhood sweetheart. Today, Dave is a husband, a dad and a “Papa”. Dave and Wendy’s family grew as they were blessed with the additions of their children Jeremiah, Zach, and Hayley. Later came Kate who married Jeremiah and then Callie, who married Zach. Three awesome grandkids with a fourth on the way have brought un-describable joy as Dave reflects upon his three highest values of Faith, Family, and Freedom.

Dave’s passion, achiever drive, and disciplined structure is the fuel that empowers the Clean-Prep enterprise to stay focused and on the right track.

Wendy Majorins is our Administrative Manager. She was born in Bethesda Maryland but grew up in Nebraska. She graduated from Lincoln Northeast High School and later received a communications degree from Doane University.

One of her top five strengths is harmony. From this natural mindset, Wendy is able to contribute in a way that brings about consensus among our leadership team when we need to have common ground and agreement.
In 1985 Wendy married Dave and began running the office from day one. Today, Wendy is a wife, a mom, and a “nana.” Wendy and Dave’s family grew as they were blessed with the additions of their children Jeremiah, Zach, and Hayley. Later came Kate who married Jeremiah and then Callie, who married Zach. Now three awesome grandkids with a fourth on the way are Wendy’s pride and joy.

Her relationship talent empowers our business to grow and sustain it’s good standing with each of our clients, our service providers, our vendors, and all those we serve. Her builder talent of profitability helps keep all of our numbers on track and in check.

Operations Cooperator

Zach Majorins is our Operations Coordinator. His builder talent of selling empowers him to be the persuasive ambassador that helps grow our enterprise.

Zach began working within our family business when he was in the 4th grade. At a very young age, he was determined to work with his Dad in our business. His love of business developed even further when he attended the Entrepreneurial Focus Program through Lincoln Public Schools. Every general subject within this program was taught through the paradigm of business and entrepreneurship. He graduated from Lincoln Northeast High School.

Zach is married to Callie and they are expecting their first baby in November. Zach enjoys spending time hunting and fishing. He enjoys going to concerts and local breweries.

His CliftonStrength of Adaptability works well within his Role of Coordinator as the variables of a typical Clean-Prep day will change moment by moment.
